The electrical characteristics of P(VDF/TrFE) with ferroelectric/ionic liquid interface were investigated. The P(VDF/TrFE) thin films with the ferroelectric/ionic liquid interface show a polarization switching peaks, however, the polarization phenomena was drastically changing by the increasing with the cycle of applied electric plus. The polarization fatigue depended on the film thickness of P(VDF/TrFE). Variation of dielectric constant and loss factor with the frequency implied the interaction between ionic liquid and ferroelectric. |
