| 抄録 | （和） | あらまし 平成24年において新人看護師の7.5％が就職してから1年以内に離職しているというのが現状である。主な原因としては，今まで思い描いていたイメージと実際の仕事の間に大きなギャップを感じ，ショックを受けてしまう「リアリティショック」である。リアリティショックは，学校における教育と臨床での看護師のイメージのギャップ，看護方法上の相違などから生じると言われており，新卒看護師の早期離職につながっていると考えられる。そこで，看護学生が看護師に対してどのようなイメージを持っているのか把握し，今後の看護学生への教育を支援を検討する上での基礎資料を作成することを目的として調査を行なったので発表し，さらにe-learningの導入にも言及する。 |
| （英） | Abstract After 7.5% of newcomer nurses are employed in 2012, the present condition is having left one's job within one year. It is the "reality shock" which feels a big gap and is shocked between the image visualized until now and actual work as main causes. It is said that a reality shock arises from the difference in the gap of the image of a nurse the education in a school and clinical and the nursing method, etc., and it is thought that it has led to a new graduate nurse's early unemployment. Then, it is grasped what kind of image the student nurse has to a nurse, Since it investigated for the purpose of creating underlying data when considering support of the education to a future student nurse, after an announcement announces and 7.5% of newcomer nurses are employed in 2012, the present condition is having left one's job within one year. It is the "reality shock" which feels a big gap and is shocked between the image visualized until now and actual work as main causes.
