Field Emission of a Graphene Flower and its Application

(in English) Graphene as a field emission material has been strongly attracted due to its high electron mobility. In this report, we focused on the novel graphene material called graphene flower cloth (GFC) and its field emission characteristics. Flower-like graphene sheets were uniformly grown on the carbon fibers in vertical direction. The field emission characteristics were estimated at 10-8 Pa in the chamber having an anode. The field emission current of 1 mA was observed at the anode voltage of 8 kV.
