A chaotic spiking oscillator including signum-characteristic current sources

(in English) This paper considers a chaotic spiking oscillator including signum-characteristic current sources. The oscillator consists of two current sources, capacitors, resistors, a switch and so on. This system outputs the spike-train by switching depended on the state. In this paper, we consider basic characteristics of the spike-train, for example, frequency of output of the spike and distribution of inter-spike-intervals.
