Elevator control logic is very complicated, and therefore, it is hard to program the logic and implement correctly it to controller. The authors propose the method to model elevator control logic based on Mark Flow Graph, that is visual notation and easy to understand logical relation. MFG can be converted to Sequential Function Chart that is programming language standardized by IEC, and then the program written by SFC can be implemented to Programmable Logic Controller. We also introduce a example of experiment using laboratory equipment of 3-story elevator. |
