(in English) Modern applications of the magnetic materials in high-density recording media and spintronic devices, for example, require thin-film fabrication, and control of magnetic anisotropy (e.g., perpendicular magnetic anisotropy) is a key issue. In this paper, we report the epitaxial growth of spinel ferrites, Fe3-xO4 and CoxFe3-xO4, on MgO(001) substrates and an important magnetic property of perpendicular anisotropy is carefully analyzed, in which the amplitude is enough as a candidate for next-generation hard-disk media.
