Vibration environment exist inevitably during connectors using. Relative micro-motion between contact interfaces of connector is happened due to vibration stress. The consequence of vibration-induced micro-motion is fretting wear and degradation of connector. This paper describes the simulation of connector¨s vibration performance using ANSYS FEM software, and the influence of vibration frequency and acceleration on it. |
