Estimation of Conducted Emission from Automotive Components by Using Noise Equivalent Circuit

(in English) Reduction of switching noise emitted from automotive components is required, because of increasing noise due to the high speed switching of switching devices. In order to suppress the electromagnetic interference between electronic devices, filter circuits are mounted in the automotive components. On the other hand, countermeasure or re-design of those filters makes development time longer and increase the cost, after manufacturing of prototype sample. Therefore, the estimation method of conducted emission is required in the early design stage. In this research, the equivalent circuits are investigated to predict the conducted emission. Stray capacitors and parasitic inductors are taken into consideration in the noise equivalent circuit. Estimated results of the conducted emission by using noise equivalent circuit are verified in the error less than 10dB below 10MHz.
