In recent years, devices such as solar cells, fuel cells, accumulator batteries etc. as well as energy related services (for example visualization of the energy consumption of a house) are being introduced at a rapid pace and it is expected that many new services will be introduced in the near future. For their verification, a home simulator has been proposed by [1]. To realize a flexible simulator, a simulator that supports various models such as climate modeling based on seasons and geographical areas, thermal modeling of the walls of a structure, modeling of the household equipment and devices, human behavior modeling, is necessary. The authors are developing a simulator that is able to use various models flexibly. This simulator is composed by smaller modules which are called sub- -simulators. In this paper, the design and the implementation of the simulator which is under heavy development are being discussed. |
