A Simple UWB Monocycle Pulse Generator Using CR-RC Differentiator And Integrator Circuit

(in English) This paper presents a design of the monocycle pulse generator circuit with very short range, and circuit is simply
design by using RLC circuit. The model based on CR-RC shaping circuit to differentiator and integrator with pole-zero
cancellation. A prototype model is created in PSPICE program to simulated results. This work shows the circuit produces of
monocycle pulse duration approximate 260 ps and 3.8 GHz bandwidth, triggered by 1 MHz clock.
