Immune Cell Logics of "Dichotomy" and "Dualism" Operate Human Digital Vocal Sign Language and Thought in Human Brain -- Immune Cells are Mobile Ad-hoc Networking (MANet) Neurons --

Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Human language is a development of spinal reflexes, which seem to be operated NOT by simple electric pulse transfer among neurons through synaptic connections in neocortex, BUT by complex immune cell networks among B-cells inside Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF), CSF Contacting Neurons (CSF-CN) at Brainstem Reticular Formation and Glial Cells in Neocortex, all inside low noise environment of CSF in Ventricular System (VS). Syllables are distinct phonemes and generate infinite number of “word” signs, whose waveforms constitute unique and specific shapes and are basis for immune cell logic of “dichotomy”, pattern recognition of A or not-A. Biologically it is an antigen-antibody response. Accented syllables with amplitude and frequency modulation (AFM) by lung airflow seem to have enabled grammatical articulation by a concatenated “Concept + Grammar” complex. Another immune cell logic of “dualism”, which is employed to integrate shape and movement vector in case of non-human-animals’ sign-reflexes, seems to integrate conceptual word waveform as shape and grammatical syllabic modulation as logical vectors indicating semantic connectivity and modification. Biologically Fragment Antigen Binding (Fab) in Variable Region to Crystallizable Fragment (Fc) ligand in Constant Region of Antibody is a candidate for this signal transfer. The same molecular structure for dualistic logic seems to be exploited for “thought”. Thus grammars and thoughts are totally independent each other. Grammatically correct statement can be logically incorrect. Logical judgment is made without grammatical composition.
