| 抄録 | （和） | 海外の鉄道市場では，EN 50126の様な機能安全規格群に対する適合性の認証が重要性を増している．これら規格は安全性，信頼性，アベイラビリティの技術的要求事項の満足と併せて，その達成プロセスの正当性の証拠を要求する．そのため規格適合性を立証する文書の体系が通常の技術文書とは異なる．さらに，内外の，安全性設計思想の差異や言語障壁などにより，適合性認証取得に関して多くの課題がある．ここではこの様な規格の成立過程，規格の構造と特徴，必要な文書の構成を述べ，交通研鉄道認証室における認証機関活動について紹介する． |
| （英） | Importance of conformity assessment against functional safety standards which are EN 50126 or others is increasing in railway markets abroad. These standards require not only technical achievement of safety, reliability and safety but also validity of the achieving process. Therefore necessary document structure to show evidences of conformity with the standards are different from structure of general technical documents. Furthermore there are many issues against certificate acquisition activity caused by international gap of safety design methodologies or by language barrier. This paper reports history, structure, features of, and document structure for the standards, then introduces certification activities of Railway Certification Center of National Traffic Safety and Environment Laboratory. | |
