(in English) The E-mail has long history and it is widely spread media in the Internet. Therefore, in many cases, the education about an E-mail is performed as a requirement lesson in the university as one of the information literacy education. In order to design and carry out the education about the E-mail, it is required to comprehend their circumstances and present condition. This paper reports the results and its consideration of the questionnaire carried out for the purpose of it.
