We numerically analyzecharacteristics of all-optical pulse regeneration using the cascaded second-order nonlinear effect in quasi-phase matched lithium niobatewaveguide devices.In the analyses, the effect of the time offset between the signal and clock pulseslaunched on the devises is investigate. We find that the initialtime offset must be optimized in order to realize the regeneration function. |
