A thinking skill development program for improving the medical services quaility

(in English) In this research, through the development of a learning environment, we intend to create a program to foster thinking skills in medical professionals. These thinking skills are desired in medical professionals during the process of design, implementation, analyses, and amelioration within the medical services industry．In the past three years, we have expanded the research towards the development of an education program that consists of case writing and discussion in collaboration with medical institutions. In this paper, we focus on reporting the design intention, and in addition put forward the results of the case writing trials of the learning environment "Sizhi" within two major hospitals.
