(in English) In this paper, a small size broadband two-stage common source amplifier designed for Microwave Circuit Design Universiade 2013 is reported. The circuit has simple configuration with bias circuits and chip elements for stabilization. The circuit is designed to satisfy the stability constant (K) K>1 from 100 MHz to 10 GHz. Fabricated circuit has 1.90 GHz bandwidth and 1.73 fractional bandwidth with 10 dB gain.
