(in English) In a database developed in the Dynamic Brain Platform (DBPF), a neuroinformatics platform promoted by the INCF Japan Node, there are mathematical models of physiological functions, as well as other information, such as commentaries. To effectively utilize these data, a DBPF client application complying with Garuda alliance standards has been developed. The client application can seamlessly bridge information in the DBPF database to applications, such as the modeling platform, PhysioDesigner, and the simulator, Flint. There linkage is not only closed among the aforementioned applications, but can also be expanded to any applications complying with Garuda alliance. The seamless linkage between DBPF and applications for, such as, modeling and simulation will greatly enhance DBPF utility, making it a choice system for development of models in neuroinformatics.
