(in English) To produce the high efficiency power supply for the server, the authors applied a dead-time control method with a digital controller and propose the automatic optimization technique of its dead-time table suitable for mass-production. The method of producing highly effective two phase double-ended forward converter (switching frequency of 90kHz, 2.6kW) without additional production facility was established.
