Cartesian Multikernel Adaptive Filtering

(in English) The new concept of Cartesian multikernel adaptive filtering which employs $Q$ positive definite kernels is presented. The multikernel adaptive filtering is formulated in the product space of $Q$ reproducing kernel Hilbert spaces. The derivation is based on the isomorphism between (i) a subspace of the product space and (ii) another product space of $Q$ Euclidean spaces all of which share the same dimension but are equipped with different inner products characterized by the kernel matrices. Also, a new insight into the original multikernel adaptive filtering (Yukawa, 2010) is given.
