(in English) Multi-user MIMO (MU-MIMO) technology has attracted much attention because of allowing a base station to communicate with multiple user terminals simultaneously. In MU-MIMO, lower antenna correlation generally increases channel capacity and improves BER (Bit-Error-Rate) performance. However, narrow angularspread of multipath waves, as is often the case with base stations at high position, causes high antenna correlation,thereby leading to degradation of MU-MIMO communication quality in channel capacity and BER performance.
Therefore, this paper proposes a transmitting antenna selection with Greedy algorithm in MU-MIMO, in which the number of transmitting antennas is larger than that of receiving antennas. Then, we con rm the effectiveness of proposed method by computer simulation.
