In OpenFlow network, Operators can control network with respect to each intended flow because they can define flows by using of header information of any layer. When operators finely define flows, each OpenFlow switch needs to maintain numerous flow entries. However it is difficult for OpenFlow switch to maintain numerous flow entries because of memory resource limitation. Additionally, numerous flow entries run up time to calculate rerouting for flows and set flow entries to each OpenFlow switch. In this paper, we propose flow entry reduction method which can flexibly control flows. |
