A Digital Controller and Insulation Method with nsec-Order Delay for Isolated DC-DC Converters

(in English) In recent years, electrical energy desired to use at high efficiency. In order to do so, it is important to improve the efficiency of the DC-DC converters. This paper presents a digital controller with nsec order delay time for Isolated DC-DC Converters. Based on our proposed digital controller for non-isolated converters, it is confirmed fast with 14ns propagation delay and robust information transfer technique between isolated circuits is realized. Some experimental results are shown.
