(in English) We investigate a near-infrared range all-optical limiter to stabilize peak power fluctuations of near-infrared optical pulses. A near-infrared optical pulse can induce peak-power-dependent spectral pattern changes after passing through a photonic crystal fiber (PCF), which can provide zero-dispersion condition in the near-infrared band. This spectral change enables to stabilize the power of center wavelength components. The experimental result shows less than 0.84 dB suppression effect for a 3.22 dB input power fluctuation.
