Return Route Support System Using Multiple Mobile Agents

(in English) This paper presents a multi-agent system that is constructed to assist pedestrian commuters to get home at the time of disaster. The multi-agent system employs multiple mobile software agents on mobile ad hoc network (MANET ) that is temporary constructed with participants’ smartphones. The mobile agents disseminate positive and negative information in the MANET as well as collect the information. Upon retrieving the information, the system proposes the return route and presents it on the smartphone. As the results of experiments on a simulator，we have observed that the system can provide complete return routes when there are enough participants
