Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page) 
(in English) Storage class memories (SCMs) such as PRAM and ReRAM are advantageous than NAND flash memory in performance and endurance. To improve the performance of the conventional Solid-state drive (SSD) with only NAND flash memory, a hybrid SSD composed of SCM and NAND flash memory has been proposed. With the evaluation platform, the hybrid SSD performance dependencies on the SCM access speed are evaluated under various workloads. Moreover, the data management algorithms for the hybrid SCM/MLC NAND SSD are discussed as well.
