The development process of team communication within work team

(in English) This study made the development process of work team communication visible with “business microscope”. For 11 months 6 teams comprising a total of 67 members of research and development were recorded and the transition of both quantitative and network structure indicators of team communication were examined. The result indicated team communication converged on the certain level of quantity and the lower density. But transitivity of communication network were indicated high level throughout. The efficient work of team is not the abbreviation for explicit communication but composed of the network structure with high transitivity.
