Recently, the superheated steam is widely used in the various elds, for example, drying, sterilization and cooking. In the use of superheated steam, humidity in the processing device is one of the important parameter affecting product quality. So we need the humidity sensor which is economic and used at high temperature. To measure humidity at high temperature, it is necessary to control the water retention level of the wick. In this paper, we showed the principle of the moisture sensor and the structure of the humidity sensor. The result shows that it is possible to detect the water retention level by the partial moisture sensor, and to control water retention level by the moisture sensor. |
