(in English) We have conducted ADL cognitive cooking rehabilitations for dementia patients and higher brain dysfunction people to promote their self-reliance. This paper focuses on attention behavior during cooking rehabilitation. Concretely, we systematize their attention behavior index that is derived from the recognition outputs of cooking state, and verify the validity and reliability of the proposed index through evaluation experiments.
