Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Currently, multi-way and miniaturization of the automobile connector are progressing, and there is a need as decrease of insertion force. In order to decrease the insertion force, the contact oil is one of the means, and it is an effective means against deterioration due to fretting corrosion. However, the contact oil is originally as insulator, the contact oil may affect the contact resistance depending on how the presence between contacting metals. Therefore, we investigated the effect of viscosity and component of contact oil on contact resistance in a static contact in this study.
