| (in English) | While cloud computing is becoming popular, it is not negligible that still many people have a reluctance to place important data on cloud servers. Though some cloud servers offer server side encryption, this encryption cannot prevent eavesdropping by service providers. As an extension of public key encryption, some identity-based encryptions, which use ID as a public key have been proposed. In this paper, we show our identity-based encryption scheme for cloud-based secret file transmission, and the proposed scheme needs less computations and secrets than existing schemes which are free from the key escrow problem. | |
