(in English) There is a demand for collaborative approach to provide efficient services with various profession in the home medical care and nursing. It is expected that the information sharing system support them by ICT. The system handling medical information must manage strictly private information of user for privacy. However it is difficult to manage all interspersed private information in the record of service. We should pay attention when improving the security because accepting the system depends on the level of the usability. We propose and implement a secure personal information management method using linkable anonymizing and hybrid cipher and the system cooperates with a currently running nursing service system.
