(in English) The cases, such as the employees posting to Twitter about customer information of the celebrity and the unpublished information of their company, are often caused and viewed as a problem recently. In this paper, we conduct Web investigation for the Twitter posters who work in private enterprises. The investigation results clarify the employee's Twitter use situation and the actual situation of risk management plans in the enterprises. And we proposed the risk management plan which should be carried out preferentially in the enterprises.
