Several documents (e.g. papers, presentation slides) and various information (e.g. comments from project members) are handled in the process of research activities. It is extremely important for smooth progress of the research to skillfully manage those research resources together with their polish processes and utilize them for further investigations. However, number of the research resources increases more and more in accordance with research progress. Moreover, there are the differences in usage of each kind of research resource and their accumulation styles. So, it is actually difficult to satisfactorily accumulate and utilize the polish processes of the research resources. Therefore, a lack of tidiness of the resources causes the problems such as an oversight of the problem to be polish. This research aims to develop a support system which enables to centrally manage the research resources and their polish processes. This paper describes the methods for extraction of the relationships between the descriptions in plural research documents and for estimation of the descriptions with insufficiency of polish. Moreover, this paper describes a prototype of the support system based on the proposed methods. Furthermore, features and problems of the proposed methods are discussed based on the experiments. |
