Constructions of Time-Space Constrained Codes by Flipping 1 Bit

(in English) Phase-change memory(PCM) is a promising non-volatile solid-state memory.
The cell changes between these two states using high temperature. So it is important, when programming cells, to balance the heat both in time and in space.The time-space constraint was introduced by A.Jiang et al. to balance the heat.M.Qin et al. proposed some constructions for codes satisfyng the constraint. In this manuscript some new constraint codes for the constraint are proposed.It is shown that the code rates of the proposed code are higher than that of codes by M.Qin et al.
