(in English) When we analyze medical accidents, we can find common ill factors from medical work-flow parts. Systematic management procedures are necessary to improve the ill factors. However, each organization has their corporate culture in it cultivated for many years. Although some kinds of potential risks are included into the work flow parts, it is a reality that safety of the work depends on the effort of medical works only.
In this paper the author reports a policy to catch medical commonplace must-be quality.
