(in English) Recently, IC chips implementing encryption circuit is widely used in various applications such as electronic money, credit card, and user authentication. The attacking methods exploiting secret information by the side-channel attacks, or physical analysis stored in the nonvolatile memory are concerned as risks to these ICs. As a countermeasure against these attacks, we have developed a highly secure authentication system. In this system, the side-channel attack resistant AES encryption circuit using the Hybrid Masking Dual-Rail ROM (HMDR-ROM) scheme are combined with the Physical Unclonable Function (PUF) technology, in which a chip-specific information can be generated from the manufacturing variations. In this paper, we present implementation results of keyless entry demonstration system using these technologies. Furthermore, we propose the low cost authentication method on the in-vehicle network
