Electrodeposition of CuSCN and its application to organic solar cells

(in English) We compare this to the commonly used n-type scaffold, which has been reported many times in the literature. The scaffold is designed to improve charge carrier collection by increased mobility in thicker samples. Our observations show that, quite generally, the device performance shows a negative correlation to nanorod length. This extends to the point that a compact layer, with no rods whatsoever, is better for devices. We report the electrodeposition of p-type inorganic semiconductor and analysis of formed nanorod and it is introduced to a polymer-fullerene bulk-heterojunction solar cell.
