(in English) Photonic crystal coupled resonator optical waveguides have attracted attention because they increase light-matter interactions owing to the slow-light effect and enhance the nonlinear effects. In this paper, we develop a three-dimensional finite-element mode-solver for nonlinear periodic optical waveguides and investigate nonlinear characteristics in one-dimensional photonic crystal coupled resonator optical waveguides.
