(in English) In the future, The explosive growth in data traffic volume due to the enrichment of the application is expected. Accommodating the traffic and avoiding end-user's QoE degradation caused by network congestion are important for network operators. In this paper, we propose a multiple network selection mechanism per application for improving end-user's QoE by efficient use of multiple network bandwidth, and evaluate the effectiveness of our method.
