A novel mirror symmetry constructible class-E direct-current-resonance bi-directional wireless power transfer system is proposed. A direct-current resonance system is an energy conversion system which makes the electromagnetic resonance field from a direct current and uses a resonance field with an electromagnetic interaction. By mirror symmetry construction, unit equipment can be alternatively used as a power transmitter, a power resonator, and a power receiver. A new technique called the periodic state dividing method is proposed in order to analyze energy conversion operation. We model the resonance field into a multi energy circuit, show formula general solutions by a transient-phenomenon theory, and prove that a superposition principle is realized. The flow of the electric power in space is considered using a Poynting vector. The experiment and the analysis waveforms are well in agreement. In the experiment, the optimum ZVS operation attains 70.6% of maximum efficiency, and the maximum power 43.8W. |
