Organic Thin Film Transistor (OTFT) is very attractive for a varied range of applications such as flexible display, and radio-frequency identification (RFID) tags because of their unique advantages such as flexibility, light weight, and solution-processability. However, most of the organic integrated circuits which were fabricated with solution-processes showed high voltage operation and low signal gain. In this work, we have fabricated high performance integrated circuits such as inverter circuits and RS-flip flop (FF) circuits based on pseudo-CMOS inverters by integrating fully solution-processed OTFT devices, whereby all electrodes were fabricated from silver nanoparticle inks using ink-jet printing. |
