We study a new method in noncontact way for detecting crack in metal plate by high-intensity aerial ultrasonic waves and optical equipment. This method detects crack in metal plate to analyze vibrations on the surface of the object, which is excited using high-intensity aerial ultrasonic waves. In this report, we detected crack in metal plate to use the parameter that the vibration velocity in this method. In addition, we also use the parameter that transmission ultrasonics to detecting crack. |
