| (in English) | Multimedia Cloud Services (MCS) continue to become more widely used, while at the same time various issues related to user privacy have been increasingly recognised. This study aims to investigate popular acceptance of these services in the UK and South Korea focusing on the influence of users’ privacy awareness. An online questionnaire survey was administered and analysed using a TAM-based research framework and estimated with partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). As a result, it was confirmed that the users' privacy awareness positively affected social identity which was the strongest factor affecting the utilization of MCS in both the UK and Korea. | |
