| 抄録 | （和） | 本提案では，人間の歩行機能の土台となる足首関節専用の拘縮防止リハビリテーション装置の開発と約10週間の連続使用により足首関節の可動域が有意に拡大することを報告する．本提案装置は，片麻痺や骨折後長い間体を動かさないでいると関節周囲の軟部組織が伸縮性を失って固くなり関節の動きが悪くなる拘縮と呼ばれる症状の緩和のために開発を行ったが，足関節用の拘縮予防装置を開発しようとすると足関節へ大きな力を加える事は避けられないため，従来提案されてきた機構では「かかと」部やベルトで固定されている部位への大きな圧迫が発生し，装置の不安定性と被験者に痛みが発生していた．本装置では，フットレスト構造と臀部での装置固定の仕組みにより，従来装置の持つ欠点を克服した装置の開発を行った．また，20歳代の学生の10週間の連続使用によって，関節可動域が変化してゆく臨床的な結果も得られた． |
| （英） | In this paper, we proposed new ankle joint contracture prevention system for rehabilitation with a functional improvement walking ability and we shows the result of the range of motion in the ankle joint to expand significantly by the continuous use of about 10 weeks. The proposed device is developed to the aim of the relied of symptoms called contracture the movement of the joint deteriorates tense soft tissue around the joint loses elasticity and is occurred by the reason of not move the body for a long time after fracture and hemiplegia. Since it is inevitable to applying a large force to the ankle joint when developing contracture prevention device for the ankle, the previously proposed devices generate large pressure on the site that fixed by belts and “heel” site, and the pain had occurred in subjects with the instability of the device. We developed a new device overcomes the problems by the mechanism of the fixed by the subject’s hip and footrest structure. In addition, we obtained the results the range of motion of the ankle to expand significantly by the continuous use of 10 weeks of students around 20 years old. | |
