Implementation of the Administration Policy Description Method on Automatic Network Organization System

(in English) To confront recent sophisticated targeted attacks, we have to consider a information system to prevent the destruction of the system and the theft of informations even after the success of their intrusion to an intranet. For this purpose, automatic network organization system is considered as a promising countermeasure because it can prevent malicious communications by dynamic access control according to the progress of the attacks. To achieve appropriate access control, we have to consider administration policy associated resources, such as service definition information, network configuration information, and organization information. However, the input of an administration policy imposes heavy burden on administrators to register individual resources and to describe associations between the resources. It is one of the problems in the realization of the automatic network organization system. To this problem, our study, developed administration policy description method to reduce the burden. By presenting description forms to the administrator based on the use frequency of scenario patterns and receiving his/her selection of resources, the association between the resources can be easily described. For example of "register a new PC", the evaluation result shows that the proposed system can reduce 43% workload.
