Influence of music tempo on biological functions during dynamic exercise

(in English) The purpose in this study was to examine the effect of the speed of the music had biological function during dynamic exercise, to examine the effect of the music fast as the heart rate, especially. I had made exercises in the three conditions, with respect to 10 subjects, state of silence, listening to original music, and listening music in fast as the heart rate. As a result, the use of music in fast as the heart rate, can suppress the increase in heart rate during exercise. In addition, effect of activation of parasympathetic activity had been suggested since it suppressed reduction in RMSSD.
