There is no Limit of Growth for Human Intellectual Development. -- Some Techniques to Think of Complex System beyond Errant Shannon Theories --
Kimiaki Tokumaru (System Engineer) AI2014-1
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The study on “Digital Linguistics” clarified the mechanism of human intelligence. When its mechanism is revealed, the methods to inherit and develop human collective intelligence become clear. We will be able to artificially construct the environment and conditions where human collective intelligence should develop. Modern human became able to vocalize vowels thanks to laryngeal descent which seems to have taken place 66ka (thousand years ago). It was a natural and digital evolution into “intellectual wild animal”. While the digital communication theories should be effective to analyze not only computer networks but also other natural complex system such as genetic expression of eukaryote and immune cell networks of multi-cellular creatures, it has not yet been well developed. The most significant objective factor is “information theory” named as Shannon theory. The author points out potential errors in Shannon theory. He also discovered an expression which indicates the existence of Ghost Writer for Shannon in IEEE Oral History of John R. Pierce.
