(in English) The broadband network enables us to provide various services, and various network devices are connected to the UNI (User Network Interface). Unfortunately, they usually employ unique control interfaces which degrade overall efficiency. For example of power resource, the existence of several power-saving techniques reduces power-saving efficiency of the access and home networks. In this paper, we define network resources in the access and home networks and propose a network resource optimization approach. We evaluate the proposal in a 10G-EPON system whose ONU sleep mechanism complies with IEEE Std. 1904.1 SIEPON and IEEE 802.3az EEE.
