Recently, the superheated steam is widely used in the various elds, for example, drying, sterilization and cooking. In the use of superheated steam, humidity in the processing device is one of the important parameters affecting the product quality. Therefore, a new humidity sensor which can be used at high temperature is required to be developed. There is also a demand to monitor the distribution of humidity inside the processing device. So we develop a system that can monitor humidity measured in remote places at high temperature in real time. In this paper, we show structure of the system. It is conrmed that our system can measure humidity at high temperature and can monitor humidity data in real time. |
