RF power amplifier for application to Ocean Monitering System

(in English) In this work, an RF power amplifier was developed for application to a ocean monitoring system. According to measured results, the proposed RF power amplifier showed good RF characteristics. Concretely, the proposed RF amplifier showed a gain of 9 ‐ 0.5 dB from 10 dBm to 35 dBm. Measured Pout was 44 dBm at 8 GHz.
